CHARACTER: Sharo is a quiet, friendly and calm older gentleman who never makes trouble and is enjoying his golden years with us.

HISTORY: The owners of Sharo and Shushana (adopted) became ill and were admitted to hospital and unable to care for them. They were also threatened with poisoning by neighbours. 

Sharo lives in our Roaming Area – the best ‘yard’ in our sanctuary where our retired dogs move freely with our staff and volunteers. 

Sharo has also been one of our successful ambassador dogs bringing dog love to elderly Alzheimers’ patients in our joint project with the Alzheimers Society of Bulgaria.

MEDICAL: Sharo has been dewormed, fully vaccinated and castrated. All our dogs are chipped and passport provided upon adoption.
