CHARACTER: Carlos is very friendly and social with people and usually other dogs.
He currently shares a yard with Ivanka and they play constantly.
HISTORY: Carlos, Fiona, Axel and other puppies were found dumped locally, a very common situation here and they had no hope of survival without a rescue.
MEDICAL: Carlos has been dewormed, fully vaccinated and castrated.
